Technical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead technical operations, oversee maintenance and service teams, and ensure optimal performance of equipment, systems, and technical services. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical and service teams to ensure efficient operations
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and service plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for technical support and project execution
• Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime
• Manage technical documentation, reports, and service records
• Support budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
• Train, mentor, and evaluate technical staff
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 2–5 years of experience in technical management or a similar role
• Experience in maintenance, service operations, or technical project management
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Leadership and team management experience
