Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities Technical & Design Management

• Lead and manage the marble draftsman team for shop drawings, cutting lists, and layouts.
• Review and approve marble shop drawings, sections, details, and installation drawings before submission.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, approved materials, and IFC drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for technical clarifications and approvals.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, production, and procurement teams.
• Review BOQs, tender drawings, and specifications for technical accuracy and feasibility.
• Support material selection, stone finishes, thicknesses, and fixing methods.
• Ensure drawings are issued as per project schedules to avoid site delays.

Site & Execution Support

• Provide technical support to site teams during installation and execution.
• Attend technical meetings, mock-up reviews, and inspections as required.
• Resolve technical issues related to marble, stone fixing, joints, profiles, and tolerances.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with international standards, project specifications, and company quality procedures.
• Review method statements, material submittals, and samples related to marble works.
• Monitor revisions and ensure latest approved drawings are issued to site.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, guide, and mentor the draftsman team to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide corrective guidance when needed
