Technical Manager (Aluminium/Facade)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead our façade & aluminium engineering operations. The ideal candidate will oversee design development, drawing approvals, technical coordination, and project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise design, drafting & engineering teams.
• Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings & as-built drawings.
• Manage technical workflow from design to installation stages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants & internal project teams.
• Ensure system compliance for curtain wall, glazing, cladding & aluminium works.
• Provide technical support to estimation, production & site teams.
• Implement value engineering solutions and system improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in aluminium & façade industry (5+ years in a senior/lead role).
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, engineering details & standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering software, façade calculations & approvals.
• Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
