Technical Manager (.Net)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager (.Net) with hands-on .NET development background, strong leadership, and project management skills to lead our development team, coordinate with QA, manage project delivery, and support client-facing technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver .NET-based software projects end-to-end
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
• Coordinate with QA to ensure quality standards
• Handle technical communication with clients and stakeholders
• Improve development processes and resolve technical challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4–5 years of experience including hands-on .NET development
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET / .NET Core and SQL Server
• Experience in team leadership and project delivery
• Good communication and client-handling skills
