Position Overview
We’re seeking a Technical Marketing & Data Automation Specialist who will serve as a bridge between marketing, data, and technology. You’ll wear many hats across our search, social, and interactive departments, working directly with leadership (including the CEO) to develop smarter systems that automate, integrate, and elevate our performance marketing capabilities.
This is an opportunity for someone who’s equally comfortable writing JavaScript snippets as they are building Google Tag Manager containers, troubleshooting CRM integrations, or crafting dashboards that turn raw data into actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
Tracking & Tag Management
- Manage and expand Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups to track user behavior, campaign attribution, and lead activity.
- Implement custom event tracking, variable management, and tag deployment to enhance visibility across marketing channels.
- Integrate GTM with CRMs, Google Analytics, and ad platforms to deliver accurate, real-time insights.
AI Automation & Data Integration
- Build automations that scrape, parse, and organize data from emails, CRMs, and online sources into structured spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Use AI tools and scripting to eliminate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop pipelines that connect multiple systems (CRM, Google Sheets, analytics platforms, ad data) into unified reporting frameworks.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Create and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards combining data from multiple sources (Google Ads, Meta, CRMs, GA4, etc.).
- Identify data-driven insights to optimize campaign strategy and performance.
- Continuously improve how we aggregate, visualize, and act on data.
CRM & Systems Integration
- Connect marketing, analytics, and CRM systems for seamless lead tracking and audience segmentation.
- Build or refine data synchronization and automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom scripts or proposing new tools to use
- Help setting up project management system for better account, tasks, department, company efficiency
- Help create a shared knowledge system whether it be notion/slack/integration with tools that can be shared and organized in a way to be used a later date
- Help bridge the gap between marketing execution and backend data flow.
Technical Problem Solving & Innovation
- Write and debug JavaScript, HTML, and API scripts that support tracking, reporting, or automation needs.
- Collaborate with the CEO and department leads on special projects centered around improving data accessibility and campaign intelligence.
- Explore and implement emerging AI and data technologies that advance OMG.re’s competitive edge.
What You Bring
- Deep technical curiosity and strong analytical thinking.
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills — formulas, queries, automation, and custom functions.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and APIs for data integration and tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and data pipelines.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, document, and optimize technical processes.
- Experience with automation tools ( Zapier, Make, Python scripts, or GPT-based systems) a strong plus.
Bonus Skills
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEO, or paid social environments.
- Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and attribution modeling.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,386.62 - $75,132.27 per year
