Technical Office Architect

Position Objective:

Provide comprehensive architectural design and technical support across tender and construction stages using Revit, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and visualizations (Revit + Lumion), utilize strong BIM knowledge, including proficiency with Navisworks, to support coordination and clash detection.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Develop, refine, and finalize architectural designs using Revit, CAD, and BIM tools, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, technical specifications, and coordinate effectively with suppliers.
• Produce high-quality visualizations and renderings, with mandatory proficiency in Lumion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage workload under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
• Ensure technical consistency, compliance with client standards, and precision across all deliverables.
• Lead and support technical coordination activities, including clash detection analysis and reporting using BIM platforms.
• Apply advanced BIM expertise, including coordination workflows, to improve project efficiency and technical output.
• Demonstrate strong capability in technical documentation, BOQ preparation, and architectural detailing.
• Maintain high standards of teamwork, organization, attention to detail, and time management across all technical office responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (SCE approval is mandatory).
• 5–7 years of total professional experience.
• Consultant-side experience only (contractor-side experience is not accepted).
• Minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proven background in architectural design, technical office work, and BIM-enabled project delivery.
