Technical Officer- Civil Background

Seaworks Qatar delivers complex marine and civil infrastructure projects with a strong commitment to technical excellence. We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Budget: QAR 5,000 – 6,000 (non-negotiable).

Area of Experience:

• Marine works, earthworks, infrastructure works, road works (At least one is mandatory)
• Office experience (at least two or three of below is mandatory)
• Project estimation
• Preparation of BOQ
• Preparation of method statements
• Preparation of take offs (after award)
• Cost analysis and value engineering
• Preparation of EOT claim, variations, price escalations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technical Office Engineer in civil/marine projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and design codes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

English

Candidates must be currently based in Qatar.
