Technical Operation Analyst

Job Overview:
PixFirst.com is looking for passionate engineers to join us in managing and supporting our European clients.
This is a full-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technical support for French clients using the in-house ticketing system
• Client onboarding and account setup
• Complex PSD to PixFirst digital product transformation
• Work directly with client account managers
• Direct client interaction via email and ticketing system
• Maintain operational efficiency and meet support deadlines
• Provide product feedback to the development team to streamline operational processes

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Word / Excel / Google Docs
• Ability to understand and follow operational processes
• Capability to work as both a team member and an individual contributor
• Knowledge of Photoshop will be a strong advantage

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar operational role

Qualification:

• Graduate – BE / BTech / MBA / MCA

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
