Technical Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Operations Coordinator to support facility management operations across multiple sites. The role ensures smooth coordination between clients, site teams, vendors, and internal departments while maintaining high standards of service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary coordination point between clients, site teams, and management for daily operations.
  • Schedule and monitor preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Manage and track work orders, service requests, quotations, and material requisitions using CAFM/ERP systems.
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Support manpower allocation, scheduling, and resource optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material availability.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, RFQs/RFPs, cost control reports, and operational analysis.
  • Participate in client meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
  • Monitor SLA/KPI performance and support improvement action plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Support internal/external audits and mobilization of new sites.
  • Act as backup for CAFM Operator during absence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of experience in facilities management operations/coordination in the UAE.
  • Experience in multi-site or mixed-use facility environments is preferred.
