We are seeking a highly driven Technical Operations Lead to build and operate our technical backbone across delivery, capability development, and productization.

This role goes beyond project execution. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping internal technical capabilities, architecting scalable systems, and enabling a hybrid model of bespoke and reusable technical offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

• Oversee technical execution of experiential, interactive, and AI-driven projects
• Architect systems across software, hardware, AV, sensors, and platforms
• Lead technical risk management, redundancy planning, and scalability strategies
• Ensure seamless integration across multiple technical components

Capability & Product Development

• Build and document reusable technical frameworks and components
• Develop an internal inventory of products and systems for repeat deployment
• Support transition from service-based delivery to productized, scalable solutions
• Define technical standards, toolkits, and best practices
• Ensure systems are maintainable, scalable, and future-ready

Operations & Leadership

• Manage internal developers, technical vendors, and system integrators
• Support Creative Producers with feasibility and execution planning
• Establish structured technical documentation and governance processes
• Drive continuous innovation and operational efficiency

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in technical architecture and system integration
• Strong background in software and hardware integration
• Experience delivering interactive, experiential, or AI-driven projects
• Strong understanding of real-time systems, APIs, automation, and platform architecture
• Experience integrating AI tools into technical workflows
• Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies
• Strong leadership and vendor management experience
• Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills
