Key accountabilities:

1. Must have worked in program management office for Technology/Digital programs
2. Ability to develop plans and actively provide planning support for all programs/ projects
3. Ability to establish planning standards for the program/ project working with senior program managers
4. Must have experience in controlling and monitoring client engagements; generate program status reports & monitor KPIs
5. Ability to manage plan-related risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
6. Must have good understanding of program budgeting process and monitoring the spend
7. Communication - Excellent communication and soft skills
8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office application suite
9. Prior experience with creating board/ investor presentation is a plus
10. Prior experience in Manufacturing/ IT Consulting a plus
11. Education – MBA preferred
12. Banking working calendar (alternate Saturday working)
