Technical Presales Manager

About the Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Cloud sales professional with a deep technical understanding of AI infrastructure? Our client is a leading global cloud provider expanding their footprint in the Middle East.

In this role, you will champion their comprehensive cloud portfolio - spanning advanced infrastructure, PaaS, and cutting-edge AI/Intelligent Computing solutions. You will focus on high-growth verticals (Media, Web3, AI, and Gaming) establishing deep C-level relationships and helping enterprises navigate complex digital transformations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively analyze target industries, map out complex decision-making chains, and identify high-potential customers.
• Actively drive new logo generation across key verticals (Media, Web3, AI, Gaming).
• Articulate the technical and business value of the companies core cloud offerings, emphasizing their competitive advantages over major rival providers.
• Deliver presentations on tailored solutions (collaborating with Solutions Architects) that align directly with customer business scenarios.
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure flawless project execution and technical objective alignment.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives

🔍 What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience within the cloud computing industry, with a proven track record in public cloud sales, B2B/B2G sales, or technical pre-sales roles.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical challenges within a customer's business context and independently propose highly competitive solutions.
• Experience executing large-scale customer stack migrations and scaling revenue across Key Accounts.

• STEM Degree: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Hands-on AI Expertise: Concrete, practical experience in AI applications or infrastructure (e.g., model development, AI product deployment, or Generative AI workflows).
• Location Readiness: Currently based in Dubai, or fully open to relocating to Dubai on a permanent basis (with company-provided relocation support).
