Technical Product Director

We are seeking a Technical Product Director to bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that CNTXT AI's products deliver both technical excellence and market impact. This role will require strong product leadership, deep technical expertise, and a passion for building AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical product strategy and roadmap across CNTXT AI's product portfolio.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical product direction with company vision and business objectives.
• Ensure product scalability, reliability, and performance are prioritized in development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, research, and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to bring AI features from concept to production.
• Collaborate with GTM (go-to-market) teams to ensure product launches meet technical and market requirements.

Execution & Delivery

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release and iteration.
• Implement agile practices and ensure high-quality execution of product roadmaps.
• Oversee technical trade-offs and ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights on product performance and needs.
• Anticipate market trends in AI and ensure CNTXT AI stays ahead in innovation and adoption.
• Balance technical complexity with user experience and business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3-4 years in technical or AI/ML product leadership roles.
• Strong technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
• Proven experience leading AI/ML or data-driven product development from ideation to launch.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, LLMs, etc.) and their applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Track record of managing cross-functional teams in high-growth or startup environments.
• Bonus: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.
