Technical Product Manager

Altak Group is creating a next-generation AI department focused on building multiple AI-driven products each month. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager who combines strong project management execution with deep product management experience. This role will bridge technical, business, and product strategy — ensuring that our AI solutions are well-architected, scalable, and impactful.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products in alignment with company goals.
• Design and guide product architectures with scalability, performance, and security in mind (preferably cloud-based).
• Translate market research, client feedback, and business needs into clear technical documentation (BRDs, PRDs, product features, user stories).
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept → design → development → launch → iteration.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive execution of multiple AI/ML initiatives in parallel—ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints while providing proactive solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML trends to guide product roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of combined experience as a Technical Project and Product Management, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Proven track record of defining and launching scalable AI or SaaS products
• Experience in product roadmap, technical architecture design, and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong ability to write BRDs, PRDs, and technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and modern data/engineering workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background (CS, Engineering, or related field preferred).
• Bonus: Experience in rapidly scaling or greenfield AI departments.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly desirable.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
