Job Description for Pre-Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Pre-Sales Officer to join our growing IT solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical knowledge, preparing solutions, and delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. The role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring client requirements are thoroughly understood and met.

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, OEM Sales Expert, Azure, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, etc.) are a plus.
• Updated Information of IT Industry (e.g. knowledge of Brands, products and components.)

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to RFPs/ RFQs, ensure technical compliance, product comparison charts, technical documentation and support bid submissions.
• Assist in preparing technical responses to tenders and RFPs.
• Strong understanding of IT system, Basic and Technical Information of Products e.g. (Desktop, Laptop etc).
• Recommend suitable configurations of desktops, laptops, workstations etc based on performance, budget, and application use cases.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements related to end-user computing devices.
• Maintain and update product knowledge and share updates with the sales team.
• Collaborate with OEMs for customized solutions, pricing, and product updates.

• Strong willingness to learn and grow into a client-facing role.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
