National Sales Manager

Peshawar, Pakistan

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented National Sales Manager to lead our Detergent Unit. The ideal candidate must bring strong experience in FMCG sales and distribution management, with the ability to drive growth, build strong networks, and manage sales operations across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve company targets in the detergent segment.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the entire sales force (regional managers, distributors, and field staff).
  • Establish and strengthen distributor & retailer relationships across major cities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of FMCG Sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of detergent / household products market in Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Strong distribution network and market understanding nationwide.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Base Location: Peshawar (with nationwide travel as required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
