AJ Textile Mills Limited, part of the Aziz Group of Industries, is a leading spinning unit in Peshawar. We specialize in producing high-quality carded, combed, compact, lycra, slub, blended, and sustainable yarns for both domestic and international markets. With modern machinery, strong certifications (Oeko-Tex, BCI, GRS, OCS, etc.), and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are expanding our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with weaving, knitting, and garment manufacturers (domestic & export).
• Identify new customers and market opportunities for yarn sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Provide customers with technical support and product knowledge (carded, combed, compact, melange, lycra, slub yarns, etc.).
• Conduct market research on pricing, demand trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collections of payments and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Education: MBA (Marketing) or BSc in Textile Engineering.
• Experience: 1–5 years in yarn sales/marketing preferred (fresh graduates with strong potential may apply).
• Knowledge: Yarn counts, blends, spinning processes, and textile supply chain (weaving/knitting).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
• Languages: Proficiency in English & Urdu (Pashto will be a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
