Business Development Officer (female preferred)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer with experience in visa and immigration services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the visa process, exceptional business development skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate their migration journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle social media leads and customer inquiries related to visa and immigration services.
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored migration solutions.
• Manage sales processes from lead generation to conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute sales campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and requirements to guide clients accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in visa and immigration services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and meet business development targets.
• In-depth knowledge of visa categories such as student visas, skilled migration, business migration, and visit visas.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu. Additional languages are a plus.
