Technical Product Manager

What you'll own:
The entire technical and product layer of Nemax. From the AI agents we build for clients to the infrastructure they run on, the integrations that connect them to client systems, and the onboarding process that gets a new client live within 48 hours. You'll inherit a product and keep improving and scaling it.

Day to day:
Own the tech side of client onboarding process from signed contract to live AI agent, hitting the 48-hour target consistently. Build and configure AI voice agents for each new client, customised with their business context, knowledge base, and call flows. Set up and maintain multiple inboxes including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and email integrations per client. Build and manage make.com automation scenarios that connect tech side to client CRM systems. Improve agent performance by monitoring call transcripts, identifying failure points, and iterating on prompts and knowledge bases. Maintain the Oracle VPS hosting. Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues. Document every integration and build process so the team can replicate it without you.

Technical requirements:
Proficiency in REST API integration — you must be able to read API documentation and build working integrations without hand-holding. Comfortable with make.com or n8n for no-code/low-code automation. Intermediate JavaScript or Python for custom webhook handling. Understanding of LLM prompting and AI agent configuration (STT, TTS, Telephony like twilio). Experience with self-hosted Linux deployments (Oracle Cloud, AWS, or similar). Ability to configure DNS, SSL, subdomains, and basic server administration. Experience with Vapi, Retell, or any voice AI platform is nice to have!!
