What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Manage middleware systems and Red Hat SSO (Keycloak) platform
• Conduct regular meetings with business stakeholders to identify and analyze all their new requirements, ensuring stakeholders adherence and compliance with deadlines,
• Document the needs with user stories, prepare mock-up and flow diagrams and transform them into analysis documents and determine the user acceptance criteria,
• Update, modify and configure workflows of existing digital products/platforms, ensure seamless running of the platforms, cascading them to the new business units.,
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements,
• Take responsibility end to end, ensure that the team’s output is equivalent to the requirements,
• Design and coordinate user acceptance tests, execute and manage system tests,
• Assess site readiness, roll-out check list, prepare training materials or any additional template documents and conduct training sessions,
• Provide regular help and support to all system users,
• Identify, manage software improvements, upgrades and bugs with system suppliers,
• Following all technological developments and improvements in online retailing sectors, keep up to date with new digital trends and applying necessary improvements and developments to the systems are being responsible,
• Participating and organizing scrum meetings, responsible for sprint velocities and team performance.

What will be the qualifications we expect from you?

• Bachelors or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS (Management Information System), Computer Science or related fields,
• At least 2 years of proven work experience as Product Owner,
• Experience in business analyst role more than 3 years,
• Prior experience as a Product Owner for Java development teams
• Having knowledge of the process management and agile business analysis techniques and analyzing business processes,
• Having advanced knowledge of Scrum and Jira,
• A strong sense of product ownership: We expect you to be very active in decision making process,
• Familiarity with software development and coding,
• Knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Kubernetes & Red Hat SSO (Keycloak)
• Extensive hands-on experience in test automation and UAT execution
• Solid experience working with Java-based APIs and Microservices
