Technical Product Owner

We’re looking for a dynamic Technical Product Owner (TPO) to drive AI-powered, customer-centric solutions across multiple business domains. You’ll bridge business and technology — shaping digital experiences, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless integration across systems and channels.

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize business processes and backlogs for assigned domains.
• Define and prioritize product features that deliver enterprise-wide value.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, track delivery KPIs, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Define AI use cases, customer journeys, and interaction flows.
• Enable AI-driven customer journeys across ConvoZen, Genesys Cloud CX, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Partner with business leaders, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Contribute to GTDP’s best practices, templates, and playbooks.

What You’ll Bring

• 6–10 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Strong background in Contact Center, CRM, or AI automation programs.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• End-to-end business process expertise across 2+ industries (Retail, Automotive, Leasing, etc.).
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX, AI/ML, or conversational platforms (e.g., ConvoZen) is an added advantage.

Nice to Have

• SAFe PO/PM or Agile BA certification.
• Strong process modeling (BPMN) and integration mapping skills.
• Excellent communicator with a problem-solving mindset.
