Technical Program Manager (TPM – Executive Operations, Entry-Level / Growth Role)

eSpark Talent is looking for a smart, organized, and highly motivated individual to support the executive team as a Technical Program Manager (TPM). This role does not require deep technical experience on day one. Instead, you will learn the systems, tools, processes, and technical concepts directly from the executive and the teams you work with. You will become the executive’s operational and informational support tracking progress, collecting data from teams, and presenting clear daily updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather progress updates from engineering, product, operations, and other teams.
  • Review dashboards, check logs, and look at project tools (training provided).
  • Verify and cross-check information so status reports are accurate.
  • Learn how systems work, why issues occur, and how processes connect.
  • Ask clarifying questions to teams to understand what happened and why.
  • Build the knowledge to explain issues or progress simply and clearly.
  • Prepare daily summaries of:
  • What happened
  • Why it happened
  • What needs attention
  • Present information in a clean, structured format.
  • Highlight risks, delays, or requests from teams.
  • Keep track of multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Follow up with teams to gather missing information or updates.
  • Help keep projects aligned and visible to leadership.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather accurate data.
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted point of contact.
  • Communicate clearly, with simplicity and professionalism.

What You Will Learn

Required Skills (No prior TPM experience needed)

  • Comfort with technology and learning new tools
  • Ability to ask questions and clarify details
  • Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Reliable, disciplined, and consistent with reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred

  • Familiarity with any project tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
  • Basic understanding of tech environments (APIs, cloud, logs, metrics)
  • 0-1 year of experience coordinating or documenting tasks in any previous role
  • Interest in technical operations or tech industry
