About Roadcast

Roadcast is a leading logistics and supply-chain technology company transforming how enterprises manage fleets, deliveries, and field operations.

Our platform powers real-time tracking, route optimization, and automation for businesses across industries — helping them achieve transparency, efficiency, and scalability in logistics.

We're now entering our next growth phase, rebuilding our core systems into a modern, microservices-based platform (Bolt v2) powered by Golang, AI-driven analytics, and intuitive user experiences.

We're expanding our engineering team to match this vision — with a focus on speed, reliability, and innovation at scale.

The Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to work directly with our CTO and lead execution across all major technology streams — Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps.

As TPM, you'll serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, and leadership — ensuring smooth coordination, predictable delivery, and continuous improvement.

While the CTO focuses on customer requirements, AI initiatives, and platform evolution, you'll take charge of translating that vision into execution.

What You'll Do

  • Drive planning, coordination, and execution across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps teams Translate business and product goals into clear technical deliverables, timelines, and milestones
  • 2. Collaborate with tech leads to define scope, dependencies, and sprint plans
  • 3. Track progress, manage risks, and proactively remove blockers across teams
  • 4. Coordinate cross-functional efforts — ensuring tight alignment between web, mobile, and API systems
  • 5. Participate in architecture and design discussions, understanding technical trade-offs and dependencies
  • 6. Manage program dashboards, delivery timelines, and communication with the CTO and leadership
  • 7. Oversee QA coordination, testing, and release planning across engineering streams
  • 8. Join customer or partner discussions when needed, confidently representing the technology team
  • 9. Continuously drive process improvements in estimation, release management, and quality assurance

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership roles at fast-paced startups or product companies

Strong technical foundation — ideally with hands-on experience in:

Python (legacy systems)

Golang (current backend stack)

Angular (frontend)

Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)

Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development workflows

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — equally comfortable engaging with engineers and business leaders

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies under tight timelines

A startup mindset — resourceful, adaptable, and relentlessly execution-driven

You'll Thrive Here If You

Love creating structure in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Balance technical depth with big-picture clarity

Enjoy solving complex problems through collaboration, empathy, and precision

Want to work closely with leadership and have a direct, visible impact on how products ship

Why Join Roadcast

Work directly with the CTO and senior leadership on key strategic initiatives

Drive execution across mission-critical technology streams

Be part of one of India's most exciting logistics tech platforms

Competitive compensation, high ownership, and a fast-paced, innovation-first culture
