Technical Program Manager (TPM)

About Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong project management and technical coordination skills, ideally with hands on experience using or managing Odoo systems. You will oversee complex, cross functional technical projects and work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver high quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs and projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and documentation.
• Identify project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies; create proactive mitigation plans.
• Facilitate clear cross team communication to maintain alignment and progress.
• Track and report program status, performance metrics, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Coordinate resource allocation and ensure teams are supported for on time execution.
• Improve internal processes, workflows, and project management frameworks.
• Support change management, especially around Odoo modules, integrations, and process updates.
• Ensure technical and business requirements are properly documented and implemented.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong working relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Must have experience with Odoo (functional knowledge, workflow setup, implementation, or module management).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple complex and cross functional projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Technical background or hands on experience in engineering or product development.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Agile credentials.
• Experience in SaaS, startups, or fast paced tech environments.
