Technical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically astute Project Coordinator with 1-4 years of experience, eager to drive the successful execution of technical projects. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor technical project activities from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product managers, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using various project management tools.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively work towards their resolution, escalating when necessary.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive project documentation, reports, and status updates to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Coordinate QA and testing activities, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Manage project documentation and knowledge sharing using platforms like Confluence and Google Workspace/Microsoft 365.
• Support budget tracking and performance metric reporting for assigned projects.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring productive discussions and clear action items.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects concurrently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab, especially when coordinating with development teams.
• Familiarity with API integration concepts and managing technical project dependencies.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., CAPM, CSM) are a plus, but not strictly required.
  
  

Experience

• A minimum of 1-4 years of proven experience in a project coordination, technical project support, or similar role within a software development, IT, or technology-focused environment.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects involving software/IT development, cloud infrastructure, SaaS product development, or system implementations is highly valued.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
