Technical Project Coordinator ( Night Shift)

We need a technically strong and detail-oriented coordinator to support restaurant construction and maintenance for our Canadian operations. You’ll manage communication, technical documentation, and scheduling between vendors, engineers, and operations managers, all from our Lahore office.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day construction and maintenance projects.
• Interpret and organize technical data, equipment specs, and site drawings.
• Draft detailed and professional email correspondence and reports.
• Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure task completion.
• Assist management with budget tracking and project documentation.
• Maintain logs for purchase orders, quotes, and work orders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in construction or operations coordination.
• Exceptional English writing and speaking skills.
• Good understanding of building systems, refrigeration, or HVAC preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Willingness to work partial Canadian business hours.

Salary: Rs 45,000 + ( 15,000 allowance)

Timings: Full time, On-site, 8:00 pm- 5:00 am ( Night Shift)

Location: 30 R, DHA Phase 8, Ex-Air Avenue, Lahore ( near Neon Square)

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
