About the Role
InterBiz Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple technology projects across diverse domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery — ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in driving collaboration between internal teams and clients while maintaining focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and coordinate multiple IT projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to estimate project costs, resources, and schedules.
- Prepare and communicate detailed project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to maximize productivity and ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee development and implementation of web applications, online campaigns, and other technology-driven initiatives.
- Monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Continuously assess and optimize project workflows for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management within an IT or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proven experience in handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, manage risks, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Certification such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
