About the Role
Centrox AI is seeking a Technical Project Manager with 2–4 years of experience in software development and project management. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise (preferably full-stack) with strong leadership and delivery management skills to drive projects from concept to completion in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time and within scope using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business and technical goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and QA to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Use project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Azure DevOps) to track progress, manage risks, and maintain documentation.
• Leverage technical background to support architecture decisions and translate complex topics for stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, manage expectations, lead demos, handle escalations, and prevent scope creep.
• Monitor budget burn, resource allocation, and profitability while ensuring continuous improvement in delivery.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in technical or IT project management.
• Prior development experience — full-stack preferred (e.g., Node.js, React, Python).
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.-Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and client communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of QA processes and automation workflows.
• Agile or PMP certification (a plus).
