Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong Java expertise to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with excellent project management and leadership skills to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for Java-based software development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsdevelopers, QA, DevOps, and product ownersto define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure proper implementation.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and budgets effectively.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams on Java, frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate), and system architecture.
• Oversee Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous delivery and quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of total experience with at least 3+ years in project or technical management.
• Strong background in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
