Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Project Manager (MALE CANDIDATE ONLY) with 5–6 years of experience in web and software development projects. The ideal candidate must have excellent client-handling skills, strong knowledge of CMS platforms, a solid technical and coding background, and proven team leadership and client retention capabilities.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication, requirement gathering, feedback, and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, QA, and support) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Translate client requirements into clear project plans, technical tasks, and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team and review code or architecture when required.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent quality, proactive communication, and reliable support.
• Monitor team performance, allocate resources efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Identify risks, resolve issues promptly, and ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and client presentations as required.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and team performance to enhance project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in Project Management within an IT, software development, or web solutions company.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• In-depth understanding of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or Magento.
• Proven experience in client handling, communication, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and motivate members to achieve goals.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to eCommerce or enterprise CMS projects.
• Experience in proposal creation, project estimation, and client onboarding.
