Qualification & Experience Required:

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years proven experience as Software Development Manager role in Team management, resources allocation, AWS, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, React.js, Python, Flutter, and AI/ML-based projects in a US based IT company.
• International companies experience is must.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of software architecture, API development, and cloud environments.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and their practical application.
• Ability to manage human, financial, and technical resources efficiently.
• Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of various phases of software development and delivery processes.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for project management involving cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for project deployment.
• Knowledge of Mobile & Web Programming languages, Databases, software, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Agile methodology such as Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban.
• Project management tools e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
• PMLC – Project scope & planning, estimations, timelines, resources planning, tasks management.
• Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in project management e.g., PMP is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Location: Onsite, DHA Phase 8 – Ex Park View, Lahore.

Job Timings: PAK Time 06:30pm - 03:30am
