Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PHP, Node.js, React, or Angular, combined with proven leadership and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to achieve project objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
• Provide technical guidance to the team, leveraging experience in PHP, Node.js, React, and Angular.
• Oversee task allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project management methodologies.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in PHP.
• Strong knowledge and working experience (development or management) with Node.js, React, and Angular.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager / Tech Lead / Team Lead with direct client communication responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in IT services or product-based company.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
