Experience: Minimum 6 years (combined Development & Project Management)
Salary Range: 160,000 – 180,000 PKR (With Perks & Benefits)

About the Role

DevExcel IT Solutions is hiring a technically strong Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional development teams and ensure high-quality project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects (especially SaaS-based).
• Supervise Mobile, Web, QA, and Design teams with clarity and accountability.
• Build and maintain project priorities, checklists, and deliverables.
• Ensure performance and productivity across all departments.
• Manage client communication and expectations.
• Work efficiently under pressure and ensure timely deliveries.
• Track KPIs, performance, and drive process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of combined experience in development and project management.
• At least 3 years of proven project management experience.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Good understanding of frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience managing a team of 12–13 members (Mobile, Web, QA, Design, Team Leads).
• Experience using AI tools for workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle and industry standards.
• Ability to customize end-to-end project solutions as per client needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
