Role Overview

Paklogics is hiring a Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on understanding of web and mobile application development. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience managing custom web and mobile application projects and should be comfortable coordinating with technical teams and clients. AI/ML exposure will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of custom web and mobile application projects.
• Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and AI/ML teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
• Translate business and client requirements into clear technical tasks and timelines.
• Plan project scope, milestones, deliverables, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical blockers, and manage risks.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status, timelines, and changes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical standards.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and sprint planning artifacts.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management for custom web and mobile applications.
• Strong technical understanding of web technologies and mobile app development.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience using project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• AI/ML project exposure is a plus.
• Must be available to work onsite from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
