Technical Project Manager

Job Purpose:

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex technical projects from initiation through completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards, while coordinating across multiple technical and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • B uild, manage, and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across engineering, UX, product, vendors, and operations teams.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies , and escalation paths to ensure smooth execution.
  • Establish project governance, reporting cadence, and clear stakeholder communication plans.
  • Track project progress, manage RAID logs , and ensure alignment with agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure delivery quality through defined quality gates, including readiness checks, UAT coordination, and release planning.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting.
  • Proactively identify delivery challenges and drive resolution to maintain project momentum.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate diverse technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
