What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Act as the bridge between technical teams (developers, QA, architects) and business stakeholders: translating requirements, managing expectations, and keeping everyone aligned.
• Own the software development lifecycle end-to-end, from initial scoping through deployment and post-launch review.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Build, maintain, and communicate clear project plans, timelines, and milestones using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; remove roadblocks so the team can stay focused on delivery.
• Monitor project health, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively communicate status, changes, and trade-offs to all stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on project management or coordination experience in a software house (agency or product-based environment).
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks; comfortable adapting processes to fit the team and project.
• Tools: Practical experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Technical Fluency: Basic knowledge of modern software stacks (e.g., frontend/backend technologies, APIs, databases). You don’t need to code, but you can hold your own in a technical conversation.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills; you can facilitate productive meetings and write documentation that people actually read.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity.

Nice to Have (Not Required, But Great)

• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern deployment practices.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, managing relationships and expectations directly.
• Familiarity with additional frameworks like Kanban or Scaled Agile.
