Software Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end software delivery across multiple projects using Hybrid methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and outcomes.
Team Leadership & Capacity Management
- Manage delivery teams to maximize productivity and performance.
- Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload optimization.
- Support teams in removing delivery blockers and achieving project objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Quality & Process Excellence
- Ensure adherence to software delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Work closely with QA teams to maintain high quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and track delivery KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support PMO initiatives and contribute to process maturity improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Provide regular delivery updates, status reports, and escalation management.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and leadership to support decision-making.
Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in software project delivery, Scrum delivery management, or a similar role.
- Experience working within a PMO environment is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent software projects.
Technical & Delivery Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) management.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, resource management, and delivery governance.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
