Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Project Coordinator (Arabic Speaking)

Location: Dubai (UAE) (Candidates within Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai can apply)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Technical Project Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and effective communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects from initiation to closure

Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Gather and document project requirements, timelines, and deliverables

Track project progress and report status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Facilitate meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items

Ensure compliance with project standards and best practices

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Hands-on experience managing Agile / Scrum / Kanban teams

Solid technical understanding of Web & mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and microservices, Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – conceptual understanding is sufficient)

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Good to Have (Technical Exposure)

Experience working with headless architectures, eCommerce platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise systems

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployments

Prior experience in client-facing or consulting environments

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification will be an added advantage

Experience working in the Middle East region is an advantage
