Technical Project Manager

Key Requirements

• 5 - 8+ years delivering technology projects, with proven leadership of cross-functional engineering teams (in-house and remote).
• Excellent English communication and writing skills are required, as the role involves direct client interaction. Arabic communication skills are considered a strong plus.
• Deep technical knowledge across solution architecture, development stack (Java, .Net, Laravel etc.) cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), mobile, web, enterprise integrations, DevOps, data, and applied AI.
• Strong pre-sales capability; able to translate business briefs into solution architecture, scope, effort estimates, pricing, and pitch-ready proposals.
• End-to-end system thinking: front-end, back-end, infrastructure, security, scalability, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on enough to review code, challenge design decisions, and unblock engineers when needed.
• Excellent business acumen and stakeholder communication; credible with C-level clients and internal commercial teams.
• Proactive, ownership-driven operator with sharp analytical, planning, and reporting.

Job Description

Technology Leadership & Architecture

• Own Koraspond's technology vision, architecture standards, and engineering quality across all client and internal products.
• Define technical roadmaps, platform choices, tooling, security posture, and DevOps practices for the function.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, cloud, mobile, enterprise platforms) and recommend the most efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Pre-Sales, Pitching & Proposal Development

• Partner with Account Management and the COO and CEO on incoming pitches and RFPs; own the technical narrative end-to-end.
• Translate business briefs into solution architecture, scope of work, effort estimates, timelines, and commercial pricing.
• Author and present technical proposals, pitch decks, SOWs, RFPs, and TCO models to Koraspond's best-in-class standards.
• Represent Koraspond in client technical discussions, demos, and architecture defense sessions.

Delivery & Project Execution

• Convert existing-client briefs and requirements into clear technical specifications, backlogs, sprint plans, and developer-ready tasks.
• Coordinate execution and development teams to define scope, allocate work, and establish realistic deadlines.
• Oversee project execution end-to-end to ensure deliverables meet client expectations, business objectives, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks early, and implement effective solutions proactively.

Team & Workforce Management

• Maintain full visibility across all technology projects, resources, capacity, and timelines at any given moment.
• Manage the in-house and Scrapers Lab Pakistan-based development teams; assign work, review output, unblock issues, and develop talent.
• Own capacity planning, resource allocation, hiring, and performance management for the technology function.
• Provide structured weekly and monthly delivery reports to executive leadership and account owners.

Stakeholder & Client Communication

• Act as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth flow and successful delivery.
• Serve as the senior technical point-of-contact for all client engagements; managing escalations, change requests, and difficult technical conversations.
• Build long-term client trust through technical credibility, transparent reporting, and consistent on-time, on-quality delivery.
