Technical Project Manager (AI Department)

We are seeking a skilled AI Project Manager with 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years managing AI-focused projects with mandatory expertise and experience in Agentic AI Workflows. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing, along with proven expertise in project delivery. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into AI-driven solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cost-efficient MVPs. A good understanding of how the services industry operates and how to deliver MVP-based AI solutions is required.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs, translating them into AI-driven solutions.
• Design and architect comprehensive AI solutions leveraging various technologies like Agentic solutions, generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.
• Evaluate and propose appropriate AI tools, cloud platforms, and infrastructure for project implementation.
• Develop detailed requirements, capturing roadmaps, technical specifications, system diagrams, and proofs-of-concept (POCs).
• Estimate project timelines and map the best-suited resources to the requisite needs.
• Manage and guide project teams, including data scientists, engineers, and developers.
• Develop and implement project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical complexities into understandable terms.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technologies and industry trends.
• Good understanding of how the Services Industry works and how MVP-based cost-efficient AI Solutions are proposed and developed
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Proven understanding of Agentic AI Workflows, machine learning, deep learning, and other relevant AI technologies.
• At least 2 Certifications around Agentic workflow certifications, such as:
• Claude Agents
• Copilot Orchestration
• MCP
• AWS Bedrock
• Google Vertex AI
• Specialization areas include:
• N8N
• MCP
• RAG Framework
• AWS Bedrock
• Google Vertex AI
• Framework knowledge such as LangChain (modular components), CrewAI (role-based multi-agent orchestration), and n8n (low-code visual execution).
• Able to perform code reviews
• Good familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI development and deployment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is mandatory.

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
