Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Business Analyst)

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analysis expertise to lead end-to-end software project delivery. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy and technical execution — ensuring clarity of requirements, disciplined Agile delivery, and high stakeholder confidence.
You will own project outcomes, drive structured collaboration across teams, and continuously improve processes through automation and optimization.
What You Will Own
- Lead full project lifecycle: discovery → planning → execution → delivery
- Translate business needs into clear technical documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and enforce delivery discipline (Scrum/Kanban)
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage client communication, expectations, and reporting
- Track KPIs and delivery performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Design)
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation-driven improvements
- Ensure alignment between technical feasibility and business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management and/or Business Analysis
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proven experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder workshops
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong client-facing communication and expectation management skills
- Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CBAP certification
- Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
- Exposure to SaaS, CRM, or enterprise systems
- Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Power Automate, etc.)
- Familiarity with workflow modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
