TechnoEnergy as part of AlfanOil Group is building North Africa’s first fully integrated oilfield industrial hub. Our scope covers composite pipe manufacturing (TCP, RTP, GRE), fabrication & assembly, ESP workshops, and oilfield service integration. Backed by international partners and local operator demand.
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (Fabrication) to take ownership of technical scoping, fabrication execution, and project delivery across our fabrication and industrial lines. This is a leadership position with direct impact on execution, investor confidence, and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication Scope & Specs
- Develop and finalize fabrication scopes of work (TCP, RTP, GRE, steel structures, oilfield skids, etc.)
- Translate strategic business requirements into technical packages for procurement and fabrication.
- Project Management & Delivery
- Own the project schedule, cost tracking, and milestones for fabrication projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure execution on time and budget.
- Define QA/QC standards (API/ISO/ATEX) and ensure compliance.
- Approve technical drawings, welding procedures, and fabrication designs.
- Stakeholder & Investor Interface
- Provide technical input for feasibility studies, investor briefs, and bank submissions.
- Communicate progress, risks, and requirements to management and partners.
- Build repeatable templates (scopes, RFQs, QA checklists) to scale execution without founder reliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8–12 years in oilfield fabrication, EPC projects, or industrial manufacturing (pipes, skids, or heavy equipment).
- Track Record: Proven delivery of multi-million USD fabrication or manufacturing projects.
- Knowledge: Strong command of API/ISO standards, oilfield equipment (ESP, flowlines, separators), and QA/QC processes.
- Ability to translate business strategy into technical documents.
- Strong project management skills (planning, budgeting, risk control).
- Excellent communication with investors, suppliers, and clients.
- Education: BSc in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Industrial Engineering (MSc preferred).
What We Offer
- Strategic Role: Direct impact on the build-out of North Africa’s first oilfield industrial hub.
- Growth Path: Position yourself as Head of Fabrication / COO as TechnoEnergy scales.
- Compensation: Competitive salary.
Summary in one line:
We are not looking for an “engineer who executes tasks.” We are looking for a technical leader who can own fabrication projects end-to-end and remove the founder from day-to-day scope drafting.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- oilfield fabrication: 8 years (Required)
