HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

Manage all activities related to operations, commercials, fleet management, supply chain, finance and HR
Development of the organization and process structure at the service locations according to ISO9001, ECM requirements and company guidelines
Development of new maintenance locations, partners and project management for new contracts
Budget planning, monitoring and responsibility as well as risk management
Ensuring, recording and transparent reporting of key figures to superior
Coordination between contracting parties, authorities, other Stadler departments as well as external partners
Contractual & commercial interface for external parties (customer, suppliers, etc...)
Active support of sales projects
Lead projects of the maintenance organization for locomotive maintenance in Turkey across different locations and teams

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Relevant university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification, additional business degree is a strong benefit
Demonstrated experience in rail vehicle industry field mandatory
Good organizational skills, problem-solving abilities and very structured and professional way of working
Proven experience in leadership
Hands-on team player with positive attitude, high resilience and motivation
Willingness to travel
Team player, known for your social competence, ownership mentality, and results-driven approach
Experience in a multinational company is a plus
Fluent in Turkish (verbal and written), good language skills in English (German as a plus)
