CTC Range (Confidential – DO NOT SHARE WITH CANDIDATES): ₹19 LPA – ₹25 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager to support delivery excellence across multiple SaaS teams. The role combines project execution with process governance, ensuring high-quality, timely, and Agile-driven delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in project management, hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira/Confluence), and a background in technology or QA functions, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery Oversight

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple concurrent software projects.
• Manage Agile delivery using Jira/Confluence – including sprint planning, retrospectives, and progress tracking.
• Define project plans, resource allocation, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for progress, risks, and timelines.

Process Definition & Governance

• Establish and maintain delivery processes and support workflows.
• Conduct process audits and drive adherence to defined delivery frameworks.
• Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks to improve performance.

Agile Coaching & Enablement

• Coach teams on Scrum/Kanban principles, backlog management, and ceremonies.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and training sessions.
• Drive adoption of best practices across cross-functional teams.

Quality & Compliance

• Support adherence to CMMI / ISO frameworks and delivery audit readiness.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for process compliance and documentation.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the communication bridge between Engineering, QA, and Product.
• Present executive summaries and delivery dashboards to leadership (CTO/Management).
• Simplify technical updates into actionable business insights.

Mandatory Criteria

• 9+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in Project/Program Management / PMO / Delivery Excellence roles.
• Strong experience managing Agile delivery across multiple teams using Jira and Confluence.
• Background in at least one technical function (QA, development, testing, or project coordination).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to coach teams in Agile and drive process improvements.
• Must be from B2B SaaS or technology-driven organizations.

Preferred Criteria

• Certifications: PMP, CSM, or CMMI-related certifications.
• Exposure to CMMI / ISO or enterprise-level quality governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps delivery models and release governance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
