Technical Project Manager (Web / AI)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and finalising projects within set deadlines and budget, ensuring all deliverables meet the company's high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and update project timelines.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Facilitate communication between team members to resolve issues and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct project post-mortem analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
