Responsibilities

Perform various methods of manual testing on applications/solutions, including Creating ad-unique/custom solutions.

Compatibility testing, Performance testing, and Accessibility testing

Compliance testing (including SCORM and Section 508)

Document errors, report errors to appropriate parties, and verify the resolution of the issue

Manage working on multiple project with strict budgets and deadlines

Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive solutions that are within sphere of influence

Minimum Requirements
-
Current/Active Security Clearance at the Secret level
-
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a field related to information technology and at least two (2) years of progressive experience testing websites, mobile utility and applications, and Section 508-compliant and SCORM-conformant asynchronous eLearning courses using a variety of applications and internet technologies.

In lieu of degree, at least five years of similar relevant work experience testing websites, mobile utility and applications, and Section 508-compliant and SCORM-conformant asynchronous eLearning courses using a variety of applications and internet technologies

Minimum of two (2) years of experience with internet protocols such as XML, PHP, HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets, Section 508 requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting deployment of asynchronous eLearning courses on LMSs as well as open-source learning platform and web formats.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience communicating technical terms to non-technical audiences as well as serve as the SME on technologies to support mobile applications.

Experience with software applications such as JAWS and JAWS Inspect to ensure that content being developed is Section 508 compliant and web accessible.
Preferred Requirements
-
Two (2) or more years of experience with rapid eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate/Animate, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Professional Suite to create, develop, or manipulate assets for eLearning courses.

Experience with software applications such as ANDI or comparable software to ensure that content being developed is Section 508 compliant and web accessible.

Salary range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 annually.
