Job Description

To ensure that all data and calculations done in previous stages are accurate and ready to have the provider statement derived as per BA standards and in the quality required

Technical & Reconciliation:

  • Enhance the accuracy of validation for missing claims and incorrect calculations.
  • Improve the precision of technical assessments to generate accurate provider statements

Reporting:

  • Maintain their performance within department KPIs.
  • Ensuring 100% of the providers are reconciled and technically audited within 2 working days.

Project Support:

  • Assist the manager in coordinating and executing project tasks.
  • Support the manager in planning, monitoring, and coordinating daily project activities.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the manager to ensure effective project workflow.

Online Rework Batches:

  • The rework team will meticulously examine all justifications and documents related to rejected services

Innovation:

  • Propose innovative technological solutions to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement approved business ideas on time and within budget
