We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in the Indian recruitment market. The ideal candidate should have proven hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical roles using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles in India.

Source candidates using multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and internal databases.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.

Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively within timelines.

Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and source efficiency.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring, and talent availability in the Indian market.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in Indian IT/Non-IT recruitment.

Strong hands-on expertise with Naukri (Resdex) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Solid knowledge of Boolean search strings, advanced sourcing strategies, and candidate mapping.

Experience hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps, and QA.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for recruitment reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in a staffing agency, consulting firm, or fast-paced in-house recruitment team.

Exposure to ATS platforms (Ceipal, Zoho Recruit, Taleo, Workday, or similar).

Knowledge of compliance and hiring policies for Indian recruitment.
