Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in the Indian recruitment market. The ideal candidate should have proven hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical roles using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles in India.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively within timelines.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and source efficiency.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring, and talent availability in the Indian market.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in Indian IT/Non-IT recruitment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Naukri (Resdex) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Solid knowledge of Boolean search strings, advanced sourcing strategies, and candidate mapping.
  • Experience hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps, and QA.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for recruitment reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a staffing agency, consulting firm, or fast-paced in-house recruitment team.
  • Exposure to ATS platforms (Ceipal, Zoho Recruit, Taleo, Workday, or similar).
  • Knowledge of compliance and hiring policies for Indian recruitment.
