Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels within the organization.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by promoting the organization’s values and culture through various channels and platforms.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for senior and executive-level positions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
