Location: Uppal, Hyderabad (On-site)

Shift Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard high-caliber IT professionals for positions across the United States. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process while collaborating with hiring managers to meet the company’s hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and other technology-related positions.
  • Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and work experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and responsibilities.
  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and other recruitment channels to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers, and close candidates in alignment with company salary guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with all recruitment activity and candidate status.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on US-based positions.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., programming languages, systems, and networks).
  • Proficiency in using job boards, ATS, and social media for recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with US labor laws and work authorization requirements (preferred).
